If you are using Outlook 2007 and 2010 then it will store PST files in AppData folder using location: C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
It uses same location for the OST files too, no matter what version you are using.
How Can I Move My Outlook 2007 PST File?
Yes it is possible to move your Outlook files to any off side of your primary hard drive or to other manageable location from where you wish to control or manage. But, it’s not easy to move a PST file using File Explorer, since it will create a default new PST file in the default location and it lead to file loss or accessing issues, these all will happen if you try to move PST file to other location. In fact, you should go briefly with Windows Registry to change the default location and then after you can move.
